The day-to-day management of the CLT is invested in the Board of Directors who meet, routinely, once a month. Minutes of these meetings are not published for reasons of confidentiality. However, where important decisions are taken by the Board these will be notified on the website.
The CLT also has the facility to set up a Project Group, when relevant, which would also meet as and when required and to which members of the community would be welcomed.
An Annual General Meeting will be held to report progress to members and, importantly, to elect the Board. Minutes of these meetings will be published.
